Re-Décor determines the selling price of your items, with your input where needed. We strive to accomodate consigners requests for what they are hoping to receive and what it might sell for. The contract is for 90 days. We will occasionally extend the time period for certain items. We do not charge a set-up or annual fee.
We offer a generous 50% for any item selling within 30 days. Consigners receive 40% on any items that sell between 31 and 90 days.
Re-Décor makes every effort to promote the sale of all items in the store. We do this by displaying all items in our unique home gallery setting.
ITEMS WE ACCEPT:
All items must be CLEAN, ODOR FREE and in WORKING CONDITION.
Wood Items - desks, tables, chairs, night stands, bedroom outfits, Curio cabinets, dining room sets, etc.
Wall Art - mirrors, pictures, ornamental metal, etc.
Accessories - lamps, vases, picture frames, clocks, etc.
Large items such as sofas, recliners and loveseats are always welcome.
Select Items- linens, drapes, dish sets, glassware, etc.
